Herbs are our own or locally wild-foraged when possible.  Ingredients are intuitively selected to correspond with each intention.

• Silver or Gold Spoon - we suggest to dedicate to either kitchen OR ritual, but not both.
• Matchbook or Match Vial - to set your intentions on fire and bring light to new 
• 2 Spell Candles
• Glass or Ceramic Bowl
