We enjoy the elderberry syrup as is or over ice with a sparkly beverage like mineral water(it even makes a great herbal cocktail or mocktail and you'll get a recipe card with purchase!)...oxymels are effective at maintaining hydration and breaking up pesky phlegm/mucous...and the breathe deep tea is delicious hot or iced with a bit of sweetener to taste.  We like to use the tea as a facial steam under my daughters covers, breathing deeply in through our noses and then out through our mouths, feeling the airways open up like magic.  We've even tossed some in the tub before with good result!
